WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our team is looking for a commercial professional to join our HK.com team to deliver on financial goals for the business and also drive longer-term Nike Direct Strategy to build unbreakable relationships with our Athletes in HK & Macau market.

This is a fast-paced position where you will drive collaboration across multiple teams at Nike. The person is a self-motivated, strategic problem-solver with strong digital commerce and financial expertise, committed to advancing consumer engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Oversee daily operations of the HK.com store, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory, pricing, and content to deliver a seamless customer journey. Develop strategies to achieve online sales and customer acquisition targets while driving KPIs - traffic, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Enhance site merchandising, product storytelling, and cross-selling opportunities. Lead the online execution of key campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotional events. Leverage membership program to increase retention, repeat purchases, and customer reactivation through segmentation, automated sales journeys, and targeted promotions.

Collaborate with the GC team to align with global digital roadmaps and brand guidelines.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the HK.com Manager and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across Nike.

You will work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align assortment and marketing plans, accelerate inventory turnover, and address slow-moving stock through targeted promotions and ship-from-store operations. You will also partner with Tech and service partners to oversee the site experience, resolve platform issues, and manage enhancements.

WHAT YOU BRING

• •Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce / Digital marketing / Business administration, or a related field
• •At least 5 years of direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
• •Experience in CRM automation and retention strategies, knowledge of content management and social media marketing is preferred
• •Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• •Ability to embrace change, act courageously, build trust, think strategically, and foster effective teamwork
• •Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese, incl spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
