- Collaborate with colleagues and subject-matter experts to bring the right solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, HR operations, and policy development.
- Experience advising leaders and navigating complex or sensitive HR situations.
Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to build credibility quickly with clients and senior leaders.
- Outstanding organizational and project-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly responsive, proactive, and client-focused approach.
- Experience working within a consulting, professional services, or other client-service environment preferred.
- Familiarity with billable hours, utilization expectations, project budgets, and time tracking strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Professional certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $91,500. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Baker Tilly offers a compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
