What You'll Do

• •A Senior HVAC Technician leads complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to complex industrial systems.
• •Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light commercial refrigeration equipment.
• •Leadership & Mentorship: Supporting junior technicians, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met.
• •Preventive Maintenance: Managing central plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and energy efficiency for large properties.
• •Client Communication: Interacting directly with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend system upgrades
• •Represent Entek with professionalism, customer-first mindset, and urgency on every job

What We’re Looking For

• •A minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience
• •EPA 608 Certification & WA 06A license (required)
• •NATE & factory training on major equipment brands are highly preferred.
• •Advanced start-up, warranty, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems
• •Deep knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigerant handling, brazing/welding, and HVAC software/controls.
• •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
