Für unseren Standort in Ichtershausen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior IMS Specialist (m/w/d).

Was dich erwartet:

  • Verantwortung für die Wirksamkeit und Weiterentwicklung des Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS).
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IATF 16949, ISO 14001 sowie kundenspezifischen Anforderungen.
  • Planung und Steuerung von internen, Kunden- und Zertifizierungsaudits (IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001) inklusive Maßnahmenverfolgung.
  • Verantwortung für Dokumentenmanagement, Prozess-FMEA sowie die Implementierung neuer Normanforderungen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Managementsystem-Reviews.
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen, Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Auditoren.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der IATF 16949, ISO 14001 und Automotive Core Tools.
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Integrierten Managementsystemen.
  • Erfahrung in Auditplanung, Auditdurchführung und Auditbegleitung; Auditorenqualifikation ist erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse in Prozess-FMEA, Dokumentenmanagement und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und Organisationsstärke.
