Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Inhouse IT-Administrator (m/w/d) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, der unsere gesamte Client-Infrastruktur sowie die Windows Server Umgebung eigenverantwortlich betreut und strategisch weiterentwickelt.

Du bist die zentrale IT-Anlaufstelle für rund 50 Mitarbeitende, verantwortest den 1st bis 3rd Level Support und übernimmst die vollständige Verantwortung für unsere Windows- und Apple-Umgebung – von Netzwerk und Infrastruktur bis hin zu IT-Security. Du gestaltest unsere IT aktiv mit: Ein zentrales Projekt wird die Einführung eines unternehmensweiten MDM auf Basis von Microsoft Intune und Apple Business Manager sein, das du von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung eigenverantwortlich leitest.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Administration unserer MDM-Lösung (Intune & Apple Business Manager) inkl. Zero-Touch-Enrollment,
  • Compliance-Richtlinien und App-Deployment
  • Verwaltung von Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365 (Benutzer, Rollen, Berechtigungen, Conditional Access, MFA)
  • Administration der Windows-Server-Umgebung (AD/Hybrid) sowie der UniFi-Netzwerk- und 3CX-Telefoninfrastruktur
  • Sicherstellung von Backup-, Patch- und VPN-Prozessen
  • 1st–3rd Level Support für ca. 50 Arbeitsplätze (Windows & macOS) und ca. 60 iPhones – gemeinsam im Team
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Prozesse (PowerShell, Intune) und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Dokumentation

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Administration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online sowie Windows Server (AD, GPO)
  • Erfahrung mit macOS/iOS, Apple Business Manager und Autopilot/Zero-Touch-Deployment
  • Netzwerk-Know-how (idealerweise UniFi), Grundkenntnisse in PowerShell
  • Selbstständige, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
