Job Description

• •Conduct in-line and final product inspections, identifying quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions
• •Evaluate samples against product specifications to ensure compliance with customer quality standards
• •Provide technical guidance and support to merchandisers, factories, and customers to maintain product quality
• •Deliver proactive QA advisory to factories before and throughout the manufacturing process
• •Analyze and troubleshoot quality issues from bulk production through to finished garments
• •Ensure all finished garments meet defined specifications and quality benchmarks
• •Perform fabric pre-production quality assessments in line with the quality manual
• •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams involved in product development and production
• •Communicate quality concerns identified during testing and evaluation to key stakeholders in a timely manner
• •Establish and clearly communicate tolerance levels to relevant stakeholders
• •Assess garment construction in alignment with approved samples and specifications
• •Define, implement, and continuously improve Quality Assurance methodologies within production processes
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
• •Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• •Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
• •Strong knowledge and experience in denim products is required
• •Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within the manufacturing industry
• •Solid understanding of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and AQL (2.5/4.0) standards
• •Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure
• •Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• •Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• •Strong time management and organizational skills
• •Proficient in both written and spoken English
• •Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• •Willingness and ability to travel frequently
