  • # Tätigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Als Senior IT Application Manager (w/m/d) leiten Sie die standort- oder regionalübergreifende Verwaltung von Anwendungen und stellen die Qualität und Stabilität der Betriebsprozesse sicher.
  • Sie tragen die Endverantwortung für die Planung und Ausführung von Deployments und Releases.
  • Im laufenden Betrieb behalten Sie die Systemperformance im Blick, identifizieren Engpässe und stoßen Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Leistung an.
  • Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Problemprävention und steuern die Analyse von grundlegenden sowie wiederkehrenden Störungen, um deren Ursachen dauerhaft zu beheben.
  • Zudem arbeiten Sie eng mit DevOps- und IT-Infrastruktur-Teams zusammen, um Projekte effizient umzusetzen und die Stabilität zu sichern.
  • Sie treiben die Einführung neuer Technologien und technologischer Innovationen innerhalb des Unternehmens voran.
  • # Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Kenntnisse von IT Services und IT Security relevanter Richtlinien, z. B. EU-DSGVO, ITIL, Business Continuity Management, Requirements Engineering, BSI-IT-Grundschutz, ISO27001 sind hilfreich
  • Kenntnisse moderner IT-Technologien und Softwarearchitekturen (Azure Cloud Umfeld über Service Bus, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Elasticsearch, Varnish)
  • Programmier-Erfahrung (Python sowie Web Services wie SOAP/REST) und Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Anwendungen ORBiS und/oder Training Orchestra
  • Fließende Deutsch-(C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
