Erfahrene Fachkraft im Bereich IT Asset Management gesucht. Wenn du darin brennst, Prozesse nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern aktiv von Grund auf mitzugestalten, dann sollten wir uns unterhalten!

Deine Mission: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser Hardware Asset Management. Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, entwickelst einen zentralen Standardprozess und bringst diesen technisch in ServiceNow zum Laufen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgst für klare Strukturen in einer vielfältigen Gerätelandschaft.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im IT Hardware Asset Management.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ServiceNow (inklusive CMDB, Flows, Catalog Items und Business Rules).
  • Gute Scripting-Kenntnisse (idealerweise JavaScript oder Python).
  • Ein Händchen für Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, Stakeholder sicher abzuholen und mitzunehmen.
  • Bereitschaft zu 3 Tagen Präsenz pro Woche.
