Your role:

• •Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges in order to identify and document the required business and technical requirements;
• •Act as single point of contact between business stakeholders and IT development teams;
• •Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are required during requirements elicitation, scope management, solution proposition;
• •Creates designs and formulates models, diagrams and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements;
• •Offers support in testing phase by providing use cases;
• •Identifies the data model impact and documents it for the development purposes (SQL minimum functions experience required);
• •Identifies and documents the integration needs with other IT systems. Previous experience with APIs is required, including interface testing (i.e. Postman tool);
• •Previous experience in client benefits platforms/ retail/ card management systems/ payments is a plus;
• •Dedicated IT BA trainings is a plus.

Your profile:

• •Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance;
• •Work Experience: 6+ years in a business analyst, or systems-oriented role;
• •Domain Knowledge: Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and enterprise systems;
• •Proven experience at least 5 years on a similar role IT Ba/ Technical analyst/ System analyst;
• •SQL – at least basic level (view, select functions);
• •APIs, Postman.
