  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Steuerung, Koordination und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse innerhalb des Warenwirtschaftssystems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Anfragen von Anwendern sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Realisierung von Änderungsanforderungen
  • Einrichtung, Pflege und Überwachung von Benutzerrollen, Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Zugriffsrechten in ERP-, DMS- und CRM-Landschaften
  • Einführung, Migration und produktiver Einsatz von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
  • Auswertung und Analyse von Daten aus Business-Anwendungen durch den Einsatz von Business-Intelligence-Lösungen (BI)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-Studium, z. B. in Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im ERP-Bereich, vorzugsweise mit Business Central oder Dynamics NAV
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von APIs
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich des Dokumentenmanagementsystems sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
