Senior IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11557

AUFGABEN

  • Betrieb und Betreuung einer heterogenen Rechenzentrums- und Serverlandschaft
  • Konfiguration, Administration und Störungsbehebung für Windows Server, Linux sowie NetIQ eDirectory/Identity Manager
  • Betreuung von Windows-Clients (Windows 10/11) inklusive Fehleranalyse und Stabilisierung
  • Monitoring, Betrieb und Troubleshooting von Netzwerkkomponenten (Cisco, F5, Genua)
  • Sicherer Betrieb und Incident-Bearbeitung in AD-/Exchange- (2019) sowie Citrix-Umgebungen
  • Betrieb und Fehlerbehebung von SCCM sowie Web-Applikationen in gesicherten Umgebungen
  • Telefonischer Anwendersupport, Dokumentationspflege und Mitarbeit in kleineren Projekten

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Berater im Infrastruktur-/Betriebsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server sowie Windows 10/11
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory und Exchange 2019
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken inkl. Cisco, F5 und Genua
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Citrix, Virenschutzlösungen sowie Microsoft Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Linux-Umgebungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
