Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Selbstständige telefonische Bearbeitung eingehender Störungen im Second Level Support
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern in VPN-Lösungen im Kunden- und Eigenbetrieb

Unterstützend:

  • Planung, Bewertung und Durchführung von Changes im IT-Service
  • Mitwirkung im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement in der Rolle als Tester
  • Installation und Konfiguration von VPN-Lösungen unter Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Pflege sowie Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen

Das gesuchte Profil:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem relevanten IT-Beruf sowie mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Service Operations (Administration und Betreuung von IT- und Kommunikationsservices unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Stabilitäts- und Wirtschaftlichkeitskriterien)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Incident Management, insbesondere im telefonischen 2nd Level Support
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb, in der Administration oder im Troubleshooting von VPN-Lösungen (z. B. genucard, genuconnect, SINA Workstation)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL (Zertifizierung oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung)
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 % (Einsatzorte u. a. München, Bonn, Berlin)
