  • Microsoft-Umgebungen, Arbeitsplatzsystemen und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Steuerung von Supportanfragen, technischen Störungen und
  • IT-Serviceprozessen Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten, Software und
  • IT-Equipment Fachliche Koordination und Weiterentwicklung interner
  • IT-Mitarbeitender Zusammenarbeit mit übergreifenden IT-Teams sowie
  • Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Standards Ihre Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich Mehrjährige
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support /-Koordination oder -Systemadministratiom Gute
  • Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365, Netzwerken und mobilen
  • Endgeräten Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen, Benutzerverwaltung und
  • IT-Serviceprozessen Idealerweise erste fachliche Führungserfahrung
  • Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und
  • Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Ihre
