Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Standort in Augsburg einen Senior IT-System Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Administration und Betreuung von virtualisierten Umgebungen mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Windows Server
  • Beratung von Kunden im Rahmen des technischen Supports, sowohl remote als auch bei Bedarf vor Ort
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von:
  • Backuplösungen (OnPremise und Cloud)
  • Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und Exchange
  • Microsoft 365 (EntraID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, …)
  • Endpoint Sicherheitslösungen
  • Sicherstellung vereinbarter Service-Levels sowie saubere Dokumentation

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als System Engineer / IT Administrator
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und praxisnah umzusetzen
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kolleg:innen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab
