Help us shape the future of digital payments as part of Commerz Globalpay GmbH , the joint venture between Commerzbank and Global Payments.

We're looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

Manage and develop a portfolio of key B2B customers, building long term relationships with decision makers and senior stakeholders.
Identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross selling, and the expansion of existing customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and develop tailored payment solutions in close collaboration with internal teams.
Lead commercial discussions, prepare offers, support contract negotiations, and coordinate customer related projects through to successful completion.
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities while ensuring a consistently high level of customer experience.

What you'll bring

Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in a B2B environment.
Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and growing existing accounts.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a confident approach to engaging decision makers and senior stakeholders.
Customer focused, entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, proactive, and results oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English.

It’s a bonus if you have

Experience in the payments, financial services, software, or technology industry.
Experience managing large or strategic enterprise accounts.
Experience with CRM systems and working in an international, matrixed organization.
