# Senior Key Account Manager Export (m/w/d)

Bei Lubeca produzieren wir mit mehr als 270 Mitarbeitern und viel Leidenschaft Marzipan, Kuvertüre, Nougat und Präparate im B2B-Bereich für Kunden in der ganzen Welt. Unser Markenname "Lubeca" steht hierbei in der Branche für höchste Qualität.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung, Betreuung und Entwicklung von internationalen Bestandskunden und Distributionspartnern
  • Proaktive Akquise und Aufbau von Neukunden
  • Analyse von Marktpotentialen, Entwicklung von Eintritts-/ Ausbaustrategien/ neuen Vertriebsmodellen
  • Produktmanagement für Inlands- und Exportmärkte
  • Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Koordination internationaler Projekte
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Fachmessen sowie eine umfangreiche internationale Reisetätigkeit

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Lebensmittelwirtschaft o.ä.) bzw. einschlägige kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb bzw. Exportgeschäft mit hoher Reisetätigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Markteintritts- und Marktausbaustrategien
  • Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie digitalen Tools (z. B. Microsoft Teams)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und eine gesunde Portion Ehrgeiz
