## Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

Beratung unserer Kunden zu Kubernetes-, Cloud-Native- und Plattform-Engineering-Strategien

Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Konzeption moderner Developer- und Container-Plattformen

Architektur, Design und Implementierung von Kubernetes-Umgebungen in Cloud-, Hybrid- und On-Premises-Szenarien

Durchführung von Workshops, Assessments und technischen Strategiegesprächen

Einführung von DevSecOps-, GitOps– und Automatisierungskonzepten

Begleitung von Kubernetes-Migrationen und Modernisierung bestehender Plattformen

Unterstützung bei Technologieentscheidungen sowie Bewertung geeigneter Plattform- und Infrastrukturkomponenten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Cloud-, Security-, Data- und Software-Teams

Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten

Aktiver Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams und bei unseren Kunden

## Deine Qualifikation:

Berufserfahrung, Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der IT

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kubernetes-, Cloud-Native- und Platform-Engineering-Umfeld

Erfahrung im Design, Aufbau und Betrieb von Kubernetes-Plattformen

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Container-Technologien, Linux und Automatisierung

Praxiserfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD

Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutsch (mind. C1) – und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

Darüber hinaus verfügst du idealerweise über:

  • Erfahrung mit AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, Rancher oder VKS
  • Erfahrung mit VMware Cloud Foundation, insbesondere mit Fokus auf vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS)
  • Kenntnisse in GitOps, DevSecOps und Observability
  • Erfahrung mit Multi-Cloud-, Hybrid-Cloud- oder Private-Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Know-how in Terraform, Argo CD, Flux oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Relevante Zertifizierungen wie z.B.: CKA, CKAD, CKS oder Cloud-Zertifizierungen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops und technischen Beratungsprojekten
