What You’ll Do
- Lead with Impact: Champion a safety-first culture and guide multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects.
- Drive Excellence: Shape project strategies, budgets, and deliverables—ensuring top-tier quality and client satisfaction.

- Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Innovate Solutions: Tackle technical challenges in landfill design, permitting, and construction with creativity and expertise.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (advanced degrees a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in civil and waste management projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio
- Proven success managing large-scale projects, site development, permitting, and QA/QC
- Deep expertise in landfill and waste management engineering
- Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations
Preferred Location: Toledo, Ohio or any of our Ohio offices (flexible for the right candidate)
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
