Role Overview

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Landscape Architects to support the design review of major development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Stationed full-time on site, review landscape designs, reviewing shop drawings, and technical submissions.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and design recommendations.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.

Identify design issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Support design review activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.

Minimum 12 years of relevant landscape architecture experience including construction experience.

Strong experience in landscape design review for large-scale developments.

Proven experience on major GCC projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
