  • Undertaking, leading and contributing strategic, economic, policy and operational analysis to assess future-state capabilities and delivery options. Contributing to the development of a Vision for a Modern RITS, a delivery options paper and a business case for the next phase of the modernisation program.
  • Synthesising information and contributing to high-quality briefing materials, discussion papers, Board submissions and executive communications.
  • Building productive relationships across the Bank and with external stakeholders to support building consensus on complex issues.
  • a positive and highly engaged team member, encouraging and challenging colleagues, contributing ideas and helping motivate the team to achieve strong project outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing project team culture, encouraging and constructively challenging team members to achieve project outcomes, as aligned with RBA values.

Actively contribute and work constructively with project team members to achieve project outcomes, and supporting a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with RBA values.
