Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Systeme sowie Betreuung der eingesetzten Hard- und Software
  • Überwachung von Updates, Backups, Zugriffsrechten und relevanten IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Hard- und Software sowie im Netzwerk
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und dem Mutterkonzern bei komplexeren technischen Problemen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei IT-Fragen sowie bei der Auswahl neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Anpassung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
  • Dokumentation von Systemänderungen und technischen Einstellungen
  • Einweisung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei neuen Programmen und Anwendungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hard- und Software sowie IT-Systeme und Netzwerke
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
