Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
Build and run the account-based and executive engagement engine for UiPath’s most important accounts across APJ. You will work inside live pursuits with account teams to reach the right buying-group members at the right moment, and own the programs that put UiPath leaders in front of CXOs through roundtables, 1:1 executive briefings, advisory boards and executive experiences. Success means marketing measurably creates, progresses and helps close the region’s largest deals.
What you'll do at UiPath
Partner with RVPs and account teams to select and tier target accounts (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) using fit, intent and engagement data, and agree a joint account plan for each.
Sit inside deal strategy: map buying groups and executive stakeholders, find coverage gaps, and design the specific marketing moment that moves a stalled or at-risk pursuit forward.
Build and run account-specific plays (personalized content, targeted digital and LinkedIn programs, executive outreach and BDR orchestration) that create new pipeline and accelerate open opportunities.
Turn global campaigns, customer stories and partner programs into account-ready plays, and bring campaigns, digital, partner, PR and analyst relations teams behind priority accounts.
Own the executive programs calendar: CXO roundtables, 1:1 executive briefings, customer advisory boards, and executive presence at UiPath and third-party events.
Build and grow a curated CXO audience for priority accounts, including personas, relationship maps and engagement history, through a structured invitation and nurture program.
Prepare UiPath executives and spokespeople for every engagement with account briefings, talking points and agreed follow-up actions with clear owners.
Act as the voice of the CXO inside marketing, shaping executive-level narratives with product marketing, communications and the field.
Develop executive-level customer advocacy, such as references, case studies and peer-to-peer connections, that helps win new logos and expand existing customers.
Track and report account engagement, buying-group coverage, meetings, pipeline created and progressed, and win rates for target accounts, so sales can see marketing’s contribution on every deal you touch.
Keep improving account selection, segmentation and plays based on what actually moves each account, and manage program budgets for clear return on investment.
Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath
What you'll bring to the team
10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or sales in enterprise software or technology, with 5+ years in account-based, key account or executive marketing.
Proven record running 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for named enterprise accounts, measured on pipeline and deal outcomes rather than activity.
Experience designing and hosting CXO programs (roundtables, executive briefings, advisory boards) that senior executives choose to attend and come back to.
Hands-on experience with intent and ABM platforms (such as 6sense or Demandbase), Salesforce and LinkedIn account targeting; comfortable building and reading pipeline reports.
Executive presence: able to advise RVPs, brief senior executives, and report independently on account and pipeline performance.
Strong commercial understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, buying groups and procurement processes.
Experience working across multiple APJ markets and with a global marketing organization, adapting global programs for local accounts and audiences.
Solid project management skills: running several account plans and executive events in parallel, on time and within budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
