Sr Manager, Agile Delivery & Change Enablement
The Sr Manager, Agile Delivery & Change Enablement is responsible for helping
business transformation teams deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined Agile,
Lean, and change management practices. This role serves as a servant leader, coach,
facilitator, and delivery partner, helping teams remove obstacles, strengthen adoption,
improve ways of working and realize business value from transformation initiatives.
This leader works alongside Value Stream Owners, SMEs, IT teams, and business
leaders to strengthen delivery practices, improve team effectiveness, align priorities,
manage dependencies, and support a value-based operating model that connects
transformation work to business outcomes.
The role leads XNRGY's Agile Delivery, Change Management, Communications,
Training, and Enablement team, ensuring employees have the knowledge, support, and
confidence required to support transformation efforts.
The role will help mature XNRGY’s Business Transformation Office operating model by
improving portfolio visibility, delivery assurance, lean governance, knowledge
management, and organizational agility without creating unnecessary process
overhead.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement
Champion Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices across
transformation initiatives.
Develop and reinforce common delivery methods, routines, and ways of working
that support high-performing cross-functional teams.
Identify, escalate, and help remove organizational impediments that slow
progress or create unnecessary complexity.
Support portfolio governance and prioritization processes to ensure resources
focus on the highest-value opportunities.
Instill a learning culture where teams regularly inspect, adapt, and improve
delivery effectiveness.
Enterprise Performance & Lean Governance
Assess portfolio and transformation performance using practical metrics,
reporting, and value realization measures.
Improve visibility into current and upcoming work, capacity constraints, risks,
dependencies, and key decisions.
Support executive and cross-functional governance forums with clear
information, disciplined follow-through, and outcome-focused recommendations.
Help manage the flow of value across cross functional value stream teams.
Balance agility with appropriate risk management, controls, and decision
discipline for a scaling manufacturing environment.
Participate in portfolio and program management process improvement to
strengthen delivery assurance and organizational effectiveness.
Support portfolio-level budget tracking and reporting, including visibility to
forecast, actuals, risks, and funding decisions.
Team Effectiveness, Engagement & Culture
Create an environment where teams can thrive and perform at their best.
Build trust and collaboration across business and technology teams.
Coach teams on organizational agility, servant leadership, and transformational
change.
Support communities of practice, shared learning, and capability development
across Agile delivery, change management, training, and enablement.
Protect teams from unnecessary distractions, competing priorities, and
organizational friction.
Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, transparency, continuous
improvement, and learning.
Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training & Enablement
Leadership
Lead a dedicated team responsible for organizational readiness and workforce
enablement, ensuring lasting behavior and process change while building
organizational capability at scale.
Develop mechanisms to capture adoption feedback, surface change impacts,
and inform continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Delivery Support & Transformation Governance
Partner with Value Stream Owners and business leaders to align transformation
efforts with strategic objectives.
Facilitate governance forums, transformation reviews, dependency discussions,
and decision-making routines that improve alignment and follow-through across
teams.
Ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified, actively managed, and
reflected in integrated plans and roadmaps.
Support executive reporting and transformation communications with concise,
business-focused updates.
Challenge processes and organizational barriers that impede delivery or
adoption.
Establish knowledge management practices that support reuse, consistency,
onboarding, and continuous learning across transformation teams.
Required Qualifications
Manufacturing or industrial operations experience.
8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Program Management, Organizational
Change Management, PMO, or Business Transformation.
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving business,
IT, and operational stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and servant leadership
skills.
Ability to translate strategy into delivery routines, integrated plans, metrics, and
practical governance.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive reporting skills, including the
ability to explain complex delivery and technology concepts in business terms.
Demonstrate strong people leadership capabilities, including coaching,
performance management, team development, and accountability for results.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, data, automation, or digital transformation
programs are preferred.
Prosci, CCMP, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, PMI-ACP, Kanban, or
equivalent certifications.
Experience building business transformation, training, enablement, agile delivery,
PMO, or organizational adoption functions.
Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean,
SAFe, DevOps, or hybrid delivery models.
Experience supporting portfolio management, capacity planning, roadmap
alignment, or value realization practices.
