Own content performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that provide visibility into content effectiveness and business impact.
Analyze content, campaign, and audience performance to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Partner with Content Strategy leadership to create a continuous feedback loop between performance insights, strategic priorities, and future content investment.
Manage external production resources and support budget planning to optimize the mix of internal and external capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Demand Generation, Brand, PR/Comms, and other partners to support integrated GTM execution.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in content marketing, content production, editorial operations, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated ability to use analytics and performance data to inform content decisions and optimization.
Familiarity with content analytics, work management platforms, and AI-enabled content tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence effectively within a fast-paced, highly matrixed global organization.
