Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung aller Abteilungen im Wirtschafts-, Wettbewerbs-
  • und Kartellrecht. Hauptansprechpartner/in für den Bereich IAM
  • sowie für die IT
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleiter in allen Fragen anfallender Rechtsangelegenheiten
  • Teilnahme an Vertragsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen
  • Lieferanten und Kunden.
  • Erstellung, Überprüfung und Überarbeitung von nationalen und internationalen
  • Verträgen mit Lieferanten und Kunden.
  • Sicherstellung der notwendigen rechtlichen Koordination im Rahmen
  • länderübergreifender Projekte.
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung im Bereich Mergers und Acquisitions und Business Development.
  • Durchführung von Sonder- und Projektaufgaben außerhalb des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten.

Betrieblicher Datenschutzbeauftragter :

  • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung, Abteilungsleiter sowie der Mitarbeiter in allen datenschutzrechtlichen Fragen
  • Betreuung von Rechtsfällen des Datenschutzrechtes
  • Ständige Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung der Datenschutzdokumentation
  • Umsetzung der aufgrund der EU DSGVO notwendigen Änderungen
  • Durchführung von datenschutzrechtlichen Schulungen.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen
  • Auslandserfahrung
  • Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift im juristischen Fachbereich
  • Kenntnisse im Wettbewerbsrecht, gewerblichem Rechtsschutz, Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht
  • MS-Office Anwendungen, Vertragsverwaltungssoftware, Legal KI
