Support enterprise customers through complex implementation challenges by providing consultative recommendations and facilitating alignment on appropriate solutions.
Translate customer business requirements into actionable technical and operational recommendations while partnering with Product and Engineering teams on enhancement opportunities when needed.
Monitor project health, key milestones, and customer readiness to ensure successful deployment and achievement of desired outcomes.
Serve as a key contributor to the continued evolution of Enterprise Services delivery methodologies, implementation frameworks, and best practices.
Develop transition plans, knowledge-transfer materials, and customer-success handoff documentation to support sustained customer adoption and long-term success.
