· Coordinate across Content, Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, and external partners to keep key initiatives moving.

· Represent the Global Head of Content in select meetings, capturing decisions, risks, and next steps.

· Strengthen operating processes, documentation, and backup coverage so the business runs consistently across regions.

Reporting & Business Insights

· Track discoverability and adoption across GLG platforms, third-party distribution, and AI-enabled channels.

· Partner with Data, BI, Product, and Commercial teams to improve visibility into how clients use Expert Content.

· Turn data and stakeholder input into clear recommendations for product focus, partner priorities, readership growth, and operational improvement.

Distribution & Partner Coordination

· Serve as the Content point of contact for third-party platform and distribution partners on Library-related matters.

· Support execution across distribution channels, including feeds, APIs, entitlements, delivery, and AI-enabled access.

· Work with Product, Engineering, and Data on partner requests, product gaps, and technical dependencies.

Client, GTM & AI-Enabled Research Support

· Support select client-facing demos, showing how clients can use AI and LLM tools to access, synthesize, and apply Library insights.

· Explain practical use cases for Expert Content, including themes, signals, validation points, expert disagreement, and differentiated perspectives.

· Maintain and review demo examples, technical collateral, and GTM materials for accuracy, usability, and alignment with the Expert Content offering.

· Capture feedback from client-facing teams, client discussions, and partner conversations to inform product and content priorities.

Qualifications

Required

· 7+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, program management, or content/platform operations.

· Background in financial services, financial information, or research and data products, with an understanding of how institutional clients consume and apply research.

· Strong analytical skills, including experience building reporting processes, tracking business performance, and translating data into decisions.

· Experience managing and developing team members, ideally across regions or time zones.

· Strong operating judgment managing cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, and senior stakeholders.

· Practical fluency with AI and LLM tools, with the ability to apply them to real client or internal workflows.

· Ability to support client-facing demos and explain how content, data, research, or workflow products can be used in practical settings.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical, commercial, leadership, partner, and client audiences.

Preferred

· Experience with expert networks, expert research platforms, or other primary-research businesses.

· Experience with content distribution, API/data feed concepts, entitlements, or third-party platform partnerships.
