Support the development and execution of integration and carve-out strategies — including operating model considerations — and contribute to comprehensive transaction plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and roadmaps to drive stakeholder alignment and transparency.

Lead selected workstreams and coordinate cross-functional activities, establishing governance frameworks that define decision-making responsibilities, escalation paths, feedback mechanisms, and SteerCo/team meeting cadence.

Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and escalate where necessary to protect deal success throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers, effectively communicating the needs of acquired or carved-out businesses to secure timely decisions and maintain momentum.

Track and report progress against established KPIs, maintaining transparency with senior management and ensuring all teams remain focused on priorities during post-deal execution.

Develop and maintain internal integration/carve-out execution playbooks — encompassing templates, tools, governance frameworks, and standardized KPIs — capturing lessons learned and continuously improving execution methodologies.

Build organizational capability through training, coaching, and playbook walkthroughs for business and functional leaders, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team environment.
