Group Sales Manager

YOU WILL BE:

As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales experience. You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director, Sales Experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• •Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
• •Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
• •Collaborate with partners.
• •Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies.
• •Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
• •Work nights, weekends, and holidays.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $ 94,388 – 145,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for bonus.

• Salary Range $86,181 - $107,726*
• Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
