  • Represent the organisation in strategic discussions with state and central government departments, Sector Skill Councils, industry bodies, employers and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to government stakeholders, bringing evidence, insights and practical recommendations to support policy and program decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to align organisational interventions with government priorities, schemes, budgets and existing institutional structures.

2. Strategy, policy & program design

  • Lead the design and execution of large-scale education and skilling programs in partnership with government, private sector and philanthropy.

  • Develop analytical frameworks, policy briefs, dashboards, visual reports and presentations that enable real-time decision-making.
  • Lead research and ecosystem assessments to understand implementation bottlenecks, user needs and opportunities for reform.
  • Build evidence bases around outcomes such as learning, skilling, employability, placement, wages and workforce participation.
  • Use data and field evidence to identify course corrections and strengthen program design and implementation.

4. Program execution & impact

  • Own delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy and design through implementation and scale-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams across product, technology, analytics, training and program delivery to ensure timely and integrated execution.
  • Monitor program milestones, risks, dependencies and impact indicators, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Lead impact articulation through clear measurement, reporting and documentation frameworks.
  • Ensure that learnings from implementation are systematically captured and translated into improvements in program strategy and delivery.
