Center of Excellence (CoE) Workflow Coordination

Renewal & Flow Management: Hand off and track standard renewals, and routine requisitions through the central CoE and offshore support teams (e.g., India).

Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate contract records, supplier data, and savings logs within the central procurement system.

Generalist Exposure: Practical familiarity contracting across a broad mix of tech categories (Software/SaaS, Hardware, Telecom, and IT Professional Services).

CoE / Shared Services Coordination: Demonstrated experience utilizing central procurement tools, shared service centers, or offshore teams (e.g., UK, India) to route and execute transactional work.

Contractual Acumen: Baseline ability to review and redline commercial terms, fixed-fee and T&M SOWs, and standard licensing agreements.

Communication & Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset toward business partners and internal teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
