Job Description
Just imagine creating a global paid media measurement framework that helps the new in-house team connect paid media investment directly to business outcomes. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Senior Manager, Paid Media Measurement, you'll establish and evolve paid media measurement capabilities for our new in-house team, ensuring marketing investments can be linked to business outcomes.
You'll lead the development of measurement frameworks, incrementality testing programmes and paid media campaign effectiveness evaluation across global markets. Working closely with media, analytics and marketing stakeholders, you'll turn complex findings into actionable recommendations that improve paid media performance and investment decisions. This is a unique opportunity to build a capability that is still in its early stages and shape how media effectiveness is measured across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Designed and implemented enterprise-wide media measurement strategies and frameworks.
- Led incrementality testing and experimental design programmes to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Experienced using Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) findings to improve media investment decisions.
- Influenced adoption of measurement recommendations in planning and activation decisions.
- Presented measurement findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Used SQL, Python or R to support marketing measurement and analytics.
- Applied data clean room or privacy-preserving measurement approaches.
- Built measurement capability through stakeholder engagement and application of effectiveness insights.
What you'll build
- A clear global paid media measurement framework adopted across key markets.
- An incrementality testing roadmap and programme that delivers actionable learnings.
- Strong partnerships with measurement vendors, analytics providers and data partners.
- Regular business-facing effectiveness insights that improve media performance.
- Greater confidence in marketing investment decisions through robust measurement practices.
If you've worked in a role where you designed enterprise-wide measurement strategies, worked on marketing modelling or incrementality testing, and presented recommendations to senior leaders, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to build solid paid media measurement frameworks and clearly communicate the approach and impact across the organization.
Life on the team
You'll join the Paid Media Analytics team within Marketing Data, Investment & Planning (MDIP), part of Markets & Channels. The team helps the organisation make smarter marketing investment decisions through evidence-based insights. Sitting at the intersection of media, data and commercial performance, you'll have the opportunity to shape how paid media investments are measured and optimised globally. The team works in a collaborative environment, partnering across functions and markets through regular stakeholder engagement, planning sessions and shared problem-solving. Hybrid working supports connection while providing flexibility.
What success looks like
Success means helping the organisation bridge the gap between media metrics and real business outcomes while building scalable testing capabilities across multiple markets. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you will lead the develop of new effectiveness frameworks, develop structured incrementality testing, deepen integration into existing scorecards and planning processes, and strengthen relationships with external measurement partners. You'll work closely with Global Media Activation, Global Marketing Planning, the Marketing Effectiveness Team, MDIP leadership, local markets, activation teams and external analytics partners to make measurement a core part of decision-making.
