A. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

● Identify and develop partnerships with top-tier NAAC A, A+, and A++ private universities across India.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners and manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle — from outreach and engagement to closure and onboarding.

● Establish deep, trust-based relationships with senior university leaders and decision-makers.

● Lead partnership discussions and negotiations to secure win-win agreements aligned with Virohan’s growth goals.

B. Sector & Market Expertise

● Develop an in-depth understanding of Allied Health Sciences and the higher education ecosystem to position yourself as a domain expert.

● Stay up to date with UGC guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends in healthcare education.

● Monitor market movements and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and strategic directions.

C. Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with internal teams and partner universities to ensure seamless handover and successful program implementation.

● Collaborate with Partner Success and Academic teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for universities and students alike.

● Drive operational excellence and ensure partnerships deliver long-term value.
