The Opportunity

• As the Senior Manager of Product Structure, PLM & MES, you are the architect of the digital backbone that connects our robotic innovations to real-world production. In this high-impact leadership role, you will strategically own the implementation and evolution of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES) systems and processes to scale with a rapidly growing product and manufacturing organization ("Digital Thread").
• You will govern the product architecture for our complex mechatronic systems, ensuring that our Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Service BOM (SBOM) are perfectly synchronized.
• This is not just a systems role — it’s a business transformation mandate. You will define and execute the PLM and MES roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, product, and after-sales service functions. You’ll help us build an integrated, enterprise-grade ecosystem that accelerates product development, enables traceability, and scales product data excellence.
