- Building trusted relationships with senior clients and working effectively with scientists, engineers, policy professionals, operational leaders and digital specialists.
- Growing our environment-focused consulting business through insight-led propositions, high-quality bids and thought leadership, while coaching multidisciplinary teams and contributing to an inclusive, curious culture.

- Relevant experience across one or more of water, the natural environment, climate adaptation or mitigation, food and farming, or biosecurity, supported by a grounding in digital transformation, environmental science, engineering, economics, regulation or public policy.
- A curious systems thinker who can connect evidence, policy, technology, organisations and delivery, make sense of ambiguity, test assumptions and communicate complex issues clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams, build trusted client relationships, develop others and maintain momentum from insight through to measurable outcomes.
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in environmental science, engineering, economics, public policy or a related discipline is desirable.
