Job Description

Just imagine shaping a global ticketing and pricing strategy that helps more guests experience LEGO® Discovery Centres. Then make it real.

Please note that relocation support is not available for this role.

About the role

As our Senior Manager, Ticketing & Revenue Management, you'll own global pricing, ticketing and revenue optimisation for LEGO® Discovery Centres. You'll help drive visitation, revenue and yield through data-led commercial decisions. You'll shape consistent approaches across multiple global locations while balancing growth, guest value, brand and local market needs. And you'll establish the governance and insights that make those decisions work in practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Owned pricing and revenue management across multiple global locations, shaping approaches for different market needs.
  • Optimised visitation, revenue and yield using commercial data across multiple markets.
  • Established governance for ticketing platforms and their operational execution.
  • Built pricing business cases and recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Used Accesso to support ticketing operations and governance.
  • Developed channel or partnership pricing approaches for ticket sales.
  • Developed pricing and revenue-management processes across global, regional and site operations.

What you'll build

  • Shape a consistent global approach to pricing and revenue management while allowing for local market needs.
  • Strengthen pricing governance and create clearer revenue insights to support commercial decisions.
  • Improve ticketing execution and help stabilise Accesso operations.
  • Develop pricing approaches across sales channels and partnerships.
  • Help improve yield while contributing to visitation and revenue targets.

If you've worked in a role where you managed multi-market pricing or revenue, used data to optimise commercial performance and governed ticketing, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn complex commercial information into thoughtful, practical choices.

Life on the team

You'll join the LEGO Group's Discovery Centre Sales & Marketing team, helping shape commercial performance across global locations. The team works collaboratively, using data and close partnerships across global, regional and site teams to turn ideas into action. You'll communicate clearly, prioritise effectively and work with a wide range of stakeholders, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.

What success looks like

You'll have embedded stronger pricing and revenue-management practices, improved yield and strengthened ticketing governance and execution. You'll have created more consistent and effective processes across multiple locations while keeping local market needs in view. You'll work closely with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Regional Directors, Discovery Centre leaders, Performance Marketing, Trade & Partnerships and Finance.
