Jam City is looking for an experienced Senior Manager,Total Rewards and People Operations , located in our Los Angeles office. They will report to the Senior Director, People & Culture and lead the Total Rewards and People Operations team responsible for implementing and administering global compensation, equity, and benefit programs in 8+ countries. This role will also oversee all People Operations functions including HR Policies and compliance, HRIS, and will serve as the global People data champion.
