El Senior Market Manager es el nivel de mayor seniority individual contributor dentro de Market Management. Tiene ownership sobre cuentas, destinos o negociaciones que por tamaño, complejidad o relevancia estratégica requieren una mirada senior y capacidad de influir transversalmente en la organización.

No es un people manager por definición. Su liderazgo se expresa en la calidad de las decisiones, la capacidad de cerrar deals complejos, elevar el estándar comercial del equipo y convertir oportunidades ambiguas en resultados escalables.

La expectativa es que opere como referente comercial: interlocutor creíble para C-level y senior stakeholders del partner, y socio interno de Producto, Revenue, B2B, Media, Finanzas, Legal, Operaciones y Tecnología.
