Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Now

Amazon Now is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing leader to drive customer growth and acquisition at scale. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and growth strategy owning the end-to-end marketing strategy that converts visitors into settled, high-frequency shoppers on Amazon Now.

You will be responsible for translating a multi-year customer growth plan into executable marketing programs across acquisition, settlement acceleration working cross-functionally with the Media, Analytics, and Creative teams.

• Key job responsibilities
• 1. Own marketing strategy for accelerating customer acquisition for Amazon Now.
• 2. Define and execute cohort-level marketing programs for Prime & Settled, Non-Prime Settled, Unsettled and NAC segments with distinct messaging, media, and offer constructs.
• 3. Lead GTM and marketing for consumer-facing narratives and activations to drive acquisition & settlement.
• 4. Own the welcome offer roadmap (cashback + other programs to accelerate Now adoption amongst customers.
• 5. Create compelling strategic input docs (OP1/OP2, 3YF marketing inputs, investment cases) quantifying marketing contribution.

Basic qualifications

• - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• - 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
• - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
• - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
