  • Deine AufgabenAls Teil unseres Marketing-Teams übernimmst Du vielseitige und moderne Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Umfeld – mit einem besonderen Fokus auf das Growth Marketing für unsere Leistungen der Digital Agentur :
  • Growth Marketing für avenit : Du positionierst unsere Digitalagentur strategisch am Markt, entwickelst zielgruppengerechte Value Propositions und unterstützt aktiv bei der Markteinführung neuer Leistungen. Du arbeitest eng mit allen Bereichen und dem Vertrieb zusammen, um die Customer Journey gezielt zu begleiten.
  • Content-Marketing & Storytelling : Du entwickelst Inhalte für Web, Social Media, Newsletter & Kampagnen – kreativ, zielgruppenorientiert und mit Fokus auf die digitale Wegbegleitung
  • Social Media Management : Du planst, gestaltest und analysierst unseren Auftritt auf LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Co.
  • Performance Marketing : Du konzipierst und steuerst Paid-Kampagnen (z. B. Google Ads, Meta) und optimierst sie anhand von KPIs.
  • Marketing-Automation & CRM : Du entwickelst automatisierte Kundenreisen und pflegst unsere E-Mail-Kampagnen in Tools wie brevo, close crm o. ä.
  • Brand Management : Du gestaltest die Markenidentität aktiv mit – insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Positionierung von vusyon.ai – und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter.
  • Kampagnenmanagement : Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Online- und Offline-Aktionen rund um unsere Produkte.
  • Marktanalyse & Trends : Du identifizierst neue Kanäle, Tools und Trends – insbesondere im KI-Umfeld – und bringst frische Impulse ein.
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im (Online-)Marketing, idealerweise mit digitalem Fokus – erste Erfahrung im Brand & Growth Marketing ist ein Plus
  • Kreatives Gespür für Sprache, Design & Zielgruppenkommunikation, insbesondere im B2B-Kontext
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Marketing-Tools (z. B. Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, CRM-Systeme)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) und deren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im Marketing, idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Tools oder Analysen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Verständnis für KPIs
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Lust, Neues zu gestalten – insbesondere unsere KI-Marke vusyon.ai aktiv mitzugestalten
