Senior, Master Data Management, Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• •Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
• •Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• •Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities
• •Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
• •Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
• •Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.
• •Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
• •Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions

Requirements:

• •5+ years experience in MDM, master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
• •Project and/or program management skills
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• •Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development a big plus
• •Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plus
• •Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.
• •Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus

The annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
