Senior Mechanical Engineer

This role offers an opportunity to shape the design and delivery of high-performance HVAC and electrification solutions that help businesses reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. As a senior technical contributor within the Engineering and Field Operations teams, you will lead mechanical design efforts for advanced systems incorporating variable refrigerant flow (VRF), heat pumps, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), and dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS). You will develop engineering designs, contractor-ready scopes of work, and quality standards that support consistent implementation across multi-site commercial portfolios. Working closely with technology, controls, project management, service, and performance analysis teams, you will help ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable. The position combines technical ownership, field collaboration, and opportunities to mentor fellow engineers. A hybrid work arrangement is preferred, with remote work considered and an average travel requirement of up to 25%.
