Structure and build out creator communities that offer hybrid payment methods like commission, incentive bonuses, and flat-fee..
Own weekly and monthly program reporting and the leadership narrative. Proactively flag trends, provide clear insights and develop recommendations that drive data-driven decisions and achieve our KPI.
Partner with data teams to build and refine measurement frameworks, including lift and incrementality testing, that show the true impact of creator and partner activity.
Conduct frequent deep dives into partner performance to drive larger-scale optimizations and influence Go To Market strategy. Unpack nuances across partner types, including creator, content, comparison and coupon.
Spearhead various initiatives, including leading tests with cross-functional teams such as Paid Media, Product Marketing, Legal and Finance.
Influence budget planning, pacing and forecasting across Creator and Affiliate to ensure optimal allocation.

Extremely comfortable partnering with data teams, interpreting performance data and turning insights into action. Familiarity with Looker or BigQuery is a plus.
Proven track record of negotiating both creator and affiliate deals and scaling partners against efficiency targets.
