What You'll Do

• ✅ Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
• ✅ Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• ✅ Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• ✅ Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• ✅ Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
• ✅ Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

• ✔ Strong customer-facing or consulting experience.
• ✔ Excellent communication skills in English.
• ✔ Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver technical guidance.
• ✔ Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• ✔ Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business stakeholders.
• ✔ Continuous learning mindset and passion for customer success.
