Our mission is to bring happiness to life through the power of play. We are seeking a driven and self-motivated .Net Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for implementing and maintaining flawless software solutions that improve our world-class casino and sports betting platform. You will work with the latest technologies in a collaborative and inclusive environment, making a meaningful impact on our product known for innovation!

This is a hybrid position based in Skopje or Ohrid. Team members are required to be in the office three days per week, with flexibility to select their in-office days based on personal preference and business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages.
  • Develop technical specifications and architecture.
  • Develop, implement, and support applications in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Analyze system requirements and provide solutions.
  • Review and refactor code to ensure high performance.
  • Deploy fully functional applications.
  • Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Document development and operational procedures.
  • Conduct technical research to integrate new technologies.
  • Engage in day-to-day communication with team leaders, attending meetings, and collaborating extensively with the QA, support team, and product owners.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of solid hands-on experience in developing enterprise web-based solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML, SOAP, and REST implementation.
  • Extensive experience with MS SQL Server, with knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) being a plus.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience in analysis, building, and implementation of various enterprise architectures.
  • Proven ability to provide expertise, mentoring, leadership, and creativity to the application development team.
  • Experience troubleshooting and analyzing production issues.
  • Familiarity with writing tests first, agile development, and a continuous integration build environment.
  • Experience in establishing software development guidelines and performing code and build reviews.
  • Nice to have: Experience with source code management systems (Git), understanding of software construction and principles, and a willingness to learn and understand others' code.
