Senior Network Engineer – Level 3

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer – Level 3 to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and Microsoft cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender, along with advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• •Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network and infrastructure issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• •Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• •Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management, endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies.
• •Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender solutions, including endpoint security and threat protection.
• •Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
• •Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and support infrastructure improvements.
• •Maintain technical documentation, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• •Ensure compliance with IT security policies and enterprise infrastructure standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •Strong experience in enterprise networking and advanced network troubleshooting.
• •Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (O365) administration and support.
• •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management and policy configuration.
• •Practical experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions.
• •Experience handling complex Level 3 technical escalations.
• •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• •Programming or scripting knowledge, particularly Python.
• •Experience developing Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, or network management.
• •Knowledge of automation and infrastructure management practices.
• •Microsoft Office 365 expertise is mandatory.
• •Google Workspace experience is not required and should not be considered a substitute for Office 365 expertise.
• •Hands-on experience with Intune and Defender is essential.
