We are seeking an experienced network security professional to support and secure enterprise network environments for clients across global regions. In this senior role, you will provide 24/7 network operations support, troubleshoot complex security challenges, and independently manage critical incidents and escalations. You will bring deep expertise in Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC), alongside strong routing, switching, and multi-vendor networking capabilities. You will implement and maintain security policies, VPNs, and network protection measures while identifying risks and delivering effective remediation. Working directly with international clients, you will communicate clearly under pressure and drive high-priority technical calls toward timely resolution.
