Senior NPI Infrastructure Engineer

NVIDIA Networking Engineering group is looking for a hardworking Senior NPI Infrastructure Engineer for a full-time position, on-site at our Foxconn Vietnam (FXV) manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh Province. The responsibility of this position is quality control and readiness verification of production infrastructure arriving at the site, ensuring test and assembly infrastructure meets NVIDIA's standards ahead of and throughout production ramp. You will be the local extension of the NPI Infrastructure team, working closely with Israel-based teams and CM suppliers. A wonderful place to work at and an outstanding team to work with!

What you'll be doing:

• •Incoming quality control of production infrastructure (jigs, fixtures, test stations) arriving at the site
• •Execution of First Article Inspection (FAI) methodology for new and revised production jigs and fixtures
• •Ongoing audits of production lines to verify test and assembly infrastructure conformance to specification
• •On-site supplier visits to conduct quality and readiness audits ahead of infrastructure delivery
• •Close coordination with the Israel-based NPI Infrastructure team on scope, timelines, and issue resolution
• •Driving production readiness and supporting ramp-up at the site
• •Identifying, escalating, and driving closure of quality risks, deviations, and non-conformances with local CM teams

What we need to see:

• •B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• •5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production infrastructure, or quality environments
• •Hands-on experience with FAI, quality audits, or production line qualification
• •Independent & capable of leading tasks from initiation to closure, performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment
• •A phenomenal teammate with good interpersonal skills
• •Willingness to travel as required, including to other CM and supplier sites beyond FXV
• •Good written and oral communication skills in English

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• •Background with Contract Manufacturers (CM) management, in a production environment
• •Familiar with production processes such as: SMT assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, mechanical integration
• •Experience with quality/audit methodologies (FAI, PPAP, 8D)
• •Knowledge: Microsoft Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint, Wrike, AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) is an advantage
