Responsibilities

• •Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
• •Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's overall relationship with the bank
• •Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide tailored solutions and products to meet the diverse needs of customers
• •Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
• •Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively advise and guide customers

Requirements
