Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer to join our Group Wholesale Banking, Credit Middle Office Administration & Reporting Team. This role plays a key part in supporting credit monitoring activities, reporting requirements, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and effective middle office operations.
  • The ideal candidate is meticulous, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Daily Current/Overdraft Account Excess Tagging in system
  • Perform Mark to Market of securities and investment products such as Stocks & shares, unit trusts, and bonds
  • Support annual fee collection processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Prepare, Compile and submit internal monthly reports
  • Serve as a key contact point for Credit Middle Office-related matters and provide support to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, records, and overall middle office housekeeping activities.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate with a Degree or Diploma are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience will have an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable performing routine, desk-based, and process-oriented work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
